Too often, people endure their obstacles alone, convinced that they must shoulder their burdens in silence. Whether it’s a child struggling with emotional regulation, a teenager navigating the complexities of anxiety amid life’s changes, or an adult wrestling with depression, everyone can benefit from specialized support at various points in their lives.
My approach to therapy is centered on empathy, collaboration, and autonomy. Together, we work to identify your strengths, confront your challenges, and develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving your goals.
By creating a safe space to address your mental health, embracing creative solutions, and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship, I strive to create lasting positive change in the lives of my clients. Together, we can navigate the journey towards healing, growth, and greater well-being.

Life’s journey can be fraught with obstacles and challenges, often leaving us feeling overwhelmed, confused, anxious, or depressed. Anxiety and depression can be deeply intertwined with our relationships, both past and present, especially if we carry lasting emotional scars from traumatic experiences that affect how we relate to others and ourselves. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to explore these experiences, understand their impact, and develop healthier ways of relating.
I integrate a variety of evidence-based treatments to address the complex and interconnected nature of the issues my clients are facing. In our work together we can focus on understanding the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, learning new coping skills and strategies, developing psychological flexibility and acceptance of difficult thoughts and emotions. We can address relationship issues and borderline personality traits through learning such skills as emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. I also often integrate mindfulness-based techniques, such as mindfulness meditation, into my work to help my clients cultivate present-moment awareness and reduce stress. Clinical hypnotherapy can be used to access the subconscious mind and facilitate positive changes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviours by processing difficult emotions and memories in a safe and controlled environment.
Through our collaborative work in therapy, you can expect to see significant improvements in various aspects of your life. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the interconnected nature of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. With newfound coping skills and strategies, you’ll feel more equipped to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence and notice a greater sense of inner peace and clarity. You’ll be able to build healthier and more fulfilling connections with others. Ultimately, therapy is a journey of growth and self-discovery, and I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way towards achieving your goals and living your best life.

Before dedicating myself to psychotherapy, I worked as a lawyer. Although it was a successful and rewarding career, I felt a deep calling to support individuals and couples on a more personal and transformative level. My own experiences of going through significant life changes, including immigrating to Canada, have given me a unique perspective and understanding of the challenges that arise from such transitions.
Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working in various settings, including educational and clinical environments, as well as in private practice. These experiences have allowed me to develop a deep appreciation for the complexity of human experiences and the resilience of the human spirit. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and growth, and I am dedicated to helping you unlock your inner potential.
In our sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns, process past traumas, and develop strategies to cope with anxiety and relationship difficulties. I draw upon evidence-based approaches such as CBT to help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns, EFT to enhance emotional connections and foster secure relationships, and somatic experiencing to support the integration of mind and body in healing.
I approach therapy from a client-centered perspective, recognizing that you are the expert of your own life. I will listen attentively, validate your experiences, and collaborate with you to develop tailored treatment plans that address your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work towards empowering you to create positive changes, develop healthier coping strategies, and cultivate fulfilling relationships.
I am honored to join you on this transformative journey. If you’re ready to embark on a path of healing and personal growth, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session. Remember, you are not alone, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
